Prices: One of the biggest concerns about hiring a professional is how much will it cost. Most repairs are done in less the two hours. To help with your peace of mind we can also give a flat rate estimate on labor. This estimate is based on how long jobs like this have taken in the past. Optimizations are flat rate of two hours for in shop labor which is $100+tax. We charge $75 per hour for work onsite, or $50 for work done in shop.

Ethics: We believe in providing professional and ethical services. We give upfront estimates before we start working, and try our best to meet them or come in below them. If we cannot fix a problem, we do not bill for that problem. We are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau and have a spotless record. Referrals are available on request. We respect our clients and want them to continue working with us and recommending us to their friends, family, and associates.

History: Gremlin Computers opened for business on April 6th 1998. The owner had just finished college at NMSU and was having a hard time finding a good job locally. Wanting to stay in Santa Fe to be close to his family he decided to start Gremlin Computer Services to provide professional computer support to the people of Santa Fe. Starting from the ground up he rented an office inside the Santa Fe Business Incubator. Since then we have grown by word of mouth and by providing excellent service to our clients.

Warranty: All Gremlin systems come with a full 1 year warranty. This warranty cover labor and parts should a component fail. This cover components and workmanship.
